"Ruiteki Sonzai(Gattungswesen or "species-being")"

Ruiteki Sonzai is a concept used to develop criticism&sbquo succession and originality&sbquo by Feuerbagh who examined the process of how Marx's materialistic view of history was formed. The human being is constantly conscious of the self and others&sbquo and lives within that relationship&sbquo that is to say that the human being is gattungswesen. It's safe to say this word has become completely extinct today. However&sbquo the reason I chose to use this word is to redefine the nature of the emotional existence of the human being&sbquo and moreover&sbquo I believe it will become an extremely important word for design in the future. By reexamining this word from the viewpoint of desire&sbquo impulse&sbquo disposition&sbquo ability&sbquo and sensibility that support the sensory power of the human being&sbquo that is the vitality&sbquo I believe the true objective and purpose&sbquo benefit and effort&sbquo and necessity and demand of design will be clarified. If we define that the human being sustains the drive for life by various sensory abilities of her own&sbquo then the very existence of the human being is recognized as gattungswesen. It will then be possible to elucidate why the doings of design are essential as an object on which human vitality (sensory abilities) has influence&sbquo from the expressional intention of design. I think it is possible to logicalize the process of human social existence and identification of human existence being stimulated by the drive of vitality&sbquo that is sensibility&sbquo as well as the process of its value being cognized by design. In order words&sbquo it may simply be said that the object of design and the self-existence of the designer are in gattungswesen. From here&sbquo it may be possible to further powerfully promote the social value of the doings of design and contemplate the "existence of the designer" from the viewpoint of the sensibility-based nature of human existence. This means that precisely for the sensibility-based existence of the human being&sbquo that is the gattungswesen&sbquo sensibility can further be educated and trained to create a human existence full or vitality. I believe this is the basic ideal state of the human being as gattungswesen by design.
